These terms govern your use of our free deck markup service and our website at we-react.com.

By submitting a deck for review or using our services, you agree to these terms.

Free Deck Markup Service

When you submit an investor presentation or deck for our free markup, we will review it and provide feedback in a format of our choosing. This may be a written PDF analysis, a virtual call walkthrough or another format at our discretion. This is a courtesy service and does not create a client relationship or obligation for us to provide further services.

We aim to respond within 3 business days but do not guarantee a timeline. We reserve the right to decline any submission without explanation.

Eligible Users

This free service is intended for employees or directors of companies only. It is not available to external agencies, public relations firms, marketing consultancies or other businesses acting on behalf of a client.

By submitting a deck, you confirm that you are authorised to do so by the company the deck represents and that you are not submitting on behalf of a third-party service provider.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these criteria.

Your Content and Submissions

You may only submit publicly available investor presentations or decks. Do not submit confidential information, material non-public information or any content subject to non-disclosure agreements.

You confirm that you own or have permission to share any materials you submit and that the content is publicly available or approved for external review.

You remain the owner of your content. By submitting your deck, you grant us permission to review it and provide feedback. We may use anonymised examples or insights from submissions in our marketing materials, case studies or social content. We will not share identifiable client information without your written permission.

No Confidentiality Obligation

Because we only accept publicly available materials, we do not treat submissions as confidential. We are not responsible for any information you choose to share with us.

If your materials contain confidential or sensitive information, do not submit them through this service.

File Security and Liability

We take reasonable steps to protect files you submit but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of any materials you send to us.

We are not liable for any loss, corruption, unauthorised access or misuse of files you submit. By using this service, you accept these risks.

Intellectual Property

Any feedback, suggestions or markup we provide remains our intellectual property. You may use our feedback to improve your materials but may not republish, resell or distribute our feedback itself.

All original website content, including text, logos and design, is owned by WE REACT and protected by copyright. Some images on this website are sourced from Unsplash and are used in accordance with the Unsplash License.

Limitation of Liability

Our free deck markup is provided as-is for general guidance only. We are not responsible for how you use or implement our feedback. We make no guarantees about business outcomes, fundraising success or investor response.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or website.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services or website at any time for any reason, including breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
